Beginners, intermediates and advanced-level players: We have the programs that are right for you. Sign up for lessons in our state-of-the-art Indoor Tennis Center and watch your game grow from the first session. Our classes are offered evenings and weekends as well as weekday daytime.
Heart pumping, high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise; 90 minute class. (2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 rating)
Cardio Boot Camp
Advanced Cardio Tennis features drills to give players an ultimate high energy, heart pumping,workout that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise. This class is for students with NTC rating 4.0 and higher.
Drill and Play
Doubles Drill and Play offers the serious tennis player a chance to combine instruction and drills specifically designed for doubles.One hour of doubles instruction and one hour of match play. Classes are offered based on NTC rating. (3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 and up)
Level 1 (Beginner)is an instructional programs for beginners and new players. (1.0-1.5) Level 2 (Advanced Beginner)is for advanced beginners with limited experience who can serve and play points. (2.0) Level 3 (Low Intermediate) is for players familiar with basic positions for singles and doubles, can play games with serve. (2.5) Level 4 (Intermediate) is for players who have graduated Level 3 with a 3.0 NTC rating. (3.0-3.5)
POP Tennis is a fun, social activity that adults can play and enjoy—immediately! Simply grab a racquet and a ball and start playing.
